Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World 2024

The 9th edition of the Italian Cuisine Week in the World will be held from November 16 to 22, 2024, with the theme of this year’s edition being “Mediterranean Diet and Root Cuisine: Health and Tradition.”

This year's event aims to showcase Italian cuisine with a particular focus on its traditional roots and the recognized role of the Mediterranean Diet in promoting health within the framework of a healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle.

In addition to the aspects related to health and sustainability, emphasis will be placed on the theme of traditions, in synergy with the Roots Tourism program, which aims to highlight the role that our communities abroad have played in spreading Italy's agri-food heritage worldwide.
