Save the date!

On May 8 and 9, the first edition of the Days of Italian Archaeology Abroad will take place in Rome. It is an initiative that aims to recognize the decades-long excellence of the Italian archaeologists work all over the world. Italy, in fact, has been engaged for years in the organization and co-financing of archaeological, anthropological and ethnological missions outside national borders. The Missions are present on all continents (66 countries) and cover all disciplinary areas, from paleoanthropology to prehistory, from palatial civilizations to classical, medieval, Byzantine and Islamic archaeology. Support for the Missions is guaranteed through the publication of an annual call.
